At Squideo, all our videos include 'Guaranteed Revisions', so you can be confident the final version will be exactly what you envisioned.

So what are Guaranteed Revisions?

If there is a change which you specified in your revisions and we haven’t completed your revisions quite how you envisioned, we will re-revise the specified changes again, completely free of charge.

It's as simple as that!

What about extra costs?

We have designed our production process in a way that means almost all additional costs relate to changes of scope. Essentially, if you sign off a step of the process and decide to change that later on, there will be an additional cost relative to the portion of the video that needs to be changed, plus any additional voiceover rerecords that need to be scheduled.


Example: A 20% change of the script (once it has been signed off by you) will incur an additional cost around 20% of the cost of the project.

You receive unlimited revisions at the storyboarding stage, and a free set of unlimited visual revisions at the visual concepting and first draft. This means you can change up to 100% of the visuals, only if we receive all of your changes all at once. We  ask for them all at once so we can still ensure we meet your project deadline.


Our guarantee here is that if there is a change which you specified in your revisions and we haven’t completed your revisions exactly how you envisioned, we will re-do the revision specified completely free of charge.

Also, if you choose to use our Script Writing service, we offer unlimited revisions to the script, so you can work with our copywriter to produce as many drafts as necessary to get this right.

Are there any extra charges?


The only extra charges which can incur are if you wish to change the scope of the project, request changes after your first round of revisions, or if you wish to change the script or voiceover after the storyboarding stage.

We will always quote for this separately and allow you to review this before any chargeable work goes ahead, so there are no hidden costs.
